Energy Healing
 

• Stand with feet shoulder width apart

• unlock the knees

• #1

• pulling down the heavens: stretch the arms out with the palms facing the earth while inhaling absorb earth qi through the centre point of the hand..(pericardium 8)

• when the hands reach shoulder level turn the palms to the heavens and absorb heavenly qi through the palms

• extend the hands all the way above the head and with the palms down

• move the arms down as you exhale visualizing white light from the heaven going through the top of of the head (Bai Hui acupoint) and moving through the front part of the body washing down toxic qi and toxic emotions through the hands and feet into the earth

• repeat 3 times

• do the same as above allowing the heavenly white light to move down the back of the body 3 times

• do the same as above moving the heavenly white light through the centre of the body, through every organ washing down all toxic qi and toxic emotions releasing through the hands and feet into the earth and replacing with white luminous healing light, repeat 3 times

• bring your attention to your feet, visualize them as if they were blocks of ice melting into a hot pavement, allowing the energy of your feet to merge with the energy of the earth

• #3

• visualize root coming out of the bottom of the feet and growing deep into the earth, their length twice your height

• visualize these roots growing in 5 directions downward, in front, behind, to the right, to the left

• as you inhale channel the earth energy up the roots, through the bottom of the feet, up the back of the legs, to the top of the head, moving down the front part of the face and body and collecting in the Lower Tan Tian below the navel. 

• as you exhale visualize a ball of light forming in the lower Tan Tian.

• with each exhalation the ball of light becomes more luminous and dense, repeat for many repetitions

• as you inhale channel the earth energy up the roots, through the bottom of the feet, up the back of the legs, to the top of the head, moving down the front part of the face and body and collecting in the Lower Tan Tian below the navel. 

• as you exhale allow the ball of light to burst, go up the centre, split at the shoulder level, down the arms and out of the hands, out of the centre pericardium 8 point of the hands to fill up your auric field with luminous light and dissolving all toxic qi and emotions in the 3 wei qi fields

 

Treatment

• place the left hand on the lower tan tian

• make a sword finger hand with the right hand and point at the diseased area

• as you inhale channel the earth energy up the roots, through the bottom of the feet, up the back of the legs, to the top of the head, moving down the front part of the face and body and collecting in the Lower Tan Tian below the navel. 

• as you exhale you emit light into the specific tissue area and circle counter clock wise to purge the toxic energy, then with the fingers pull out the toxic qi and whip it away from your body repeat 3-6 times 

• do the same as above, this time emit qi to heal the tissue about 3 times

• do the same and rotate hand clockwise about 3 times

• pulling down the heavens and lock the heavenly white light into the lower tan tian to energize the system, repeat many times as needed
